I personally assume all risks in connection with the volunteer activity, and, if applicable, transportation to and from the volunteer duty, and I hereby expressly forever release NC Disneyana from any claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or causes of action whatsoever for any acts of active or passive negligence on the part of NC Disneyana or the site where the volunteer activity occurs.
